We do not provide returns unless the product delivered is different than mentioned in order or damaged. In that case our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All cost for returns are at the customer’s expense returned within the time specified.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
We ask you to check all deliveries for signs of damage before you sign for them. If you can see that they are damaged, do not sign for them and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-dispatched.
If you discover that goods are faulty or the item is different than mentioned in order after you have signed for them, please notify us by email at the address [email protected], within 14 days of receiving them. You must quote your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. Please then return goods in their original packaging. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are different from the order or damaged, we will contact you to offer a full refund, replacement or exchange.
Proof of postage
We strongly recommend you get proof of postage and follow our returns process.
If we notice an unusual pattern in return activity that doesn’t fit right, for example the items returned don’t match their description, then the account shall be deactivated and any associated account with it.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Return address will be provided after the return request has been inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
